Dr V K Garg is Doctorate in the field of physics , radio & communication. He worked at IIT Delhi for his post Doctorate and has published several research papers in international and national journals. Worked for around 12 years in the government sector after which , during the period 1980 till 1994 He worked as Head of Engg. Services & Operations for SITA Telecommunications for SAARC countries. He has won various accolades for his Innovative and pragmatic problem solving approach on the global platform. Later he worked as Vice President operations for SPRINT RPG INDIA LTD (a joint venture of RPG and SPRINT USA )and also business head for RPG satellite communication. He is founder member of Internet service providers Association of India and worked as Vice President . He also has the rare distinction of launching the e-mail services in India , and has been extremely instrumental during the formulation of the Telecom Policy by the Government of India.

Presently he is the Corporate Strategic Advisor for steering and infusing pragmatism , while setting strategic direction to the overall growth. He has had many years of experience dealing with a variety of business responsibilities and management roles.Being an innovator and knowing the ins and outs of various financial structures, outsourcing opportunities, public communications and competitive intelligence, his main responsibility is to effectively communicate the businesses strategic objectives with leadership and to drive the business forward ,while inspiring and influencing a diverse workforce.

Brigadier S C Sharma joined Army Signals after M.Sc. in physics. He served in key appointments including service for a year in United Nations contingent in Gaza.He was Director Telecommunications in the Army Headquarters, responsible for the defence telecommunication network and induction of telecommunication equipment into the army. After retirement from the army, he was Regional Manager in Sita Telecommunications, the world airlines telecommunications network, for South Asia and later General Manager automation and communications in Jet Airways. Subsequently, he was adviser to Sprint International and World Bank.
